PhD thesis at LPENS (ED-PIF) in the center of Paris next to the Panthéon. We are looking for motivated student to investigate the basic microscopic mechanisms at stake in graphene electroluminescence and more generally on the physics of strongly out-of-equilibrium high-mobility graphene field-effect transistors.
